GTI have started their journey of homogenizing their approach to products and build a trusted, integrated private cloud ecosystem, called Gaia Cloud, to match the experience of the public cloud - this is encapsulated in the GTI Strategy 2025 vision.

A fundamental corner stone for this vision is a consistent, reliable and standardized telemetry platform driving consistency across Events, Logs, Metrics, Traces, and Alerts to make machine data accessible, usable and valuable to everyone. To this end, GTI are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Developer.

As an experienced member of our Infrastructure Developer Group, we look first and foremost for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices. You'll be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines

• Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages

Your Qualifications

You have built high-availability, high-scale, and production systems.

• 5+ years in a hands-on software role

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

• Hands-on experience developing in Java frameworks such as Spring Boot

• Strong knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery

• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
