As an Associate, you will be a key player on our Insurance team. You will participate in the \"full cycle\" of transactional execution including reviewing and formulating financial analysis, and preparing and presenting client presentations. You will play a leadership role in implementing the execution function. You will demonstrate the ability to become a senior officer who is capable of generating and executing his/her own transactions.

You will join the leading insurance investment banking team. Our Insurance team covers over 170 clients, including large-cap international insurers, specialty carriers, reinsurance carriers, life insurers, alternative capital vehicles, insurance services companies, and insuretechs.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• Prior work experience in an insurance investment banking role or a financial institutions investment banking role
• A well-rounded academic background from a top tier educational institution
