Job Description:

U.S. Wealth Management is seeking to address disparities in the wealth management industry and serve more underrepresented clients such as female, Black and LatinX clients. As an associate on our Content team, you will help to execute the strategy for this high priority initiative. You will be responsible for helping us to build a library of engaging content to support a large number of live events, advisor conversations and digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, has experience working with agencies and is passionate about driving change. We are looking for someone who will thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment. The candidate will need a strong sense of urgency, ability to partner across teams and excellent attention to detail. Experience in the Wealth Management industry is preferred.

The U.S. Wealth Management business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Securities and our digital investing platform. The combined business has ~$400 billion in Assets under Management and ~4,000 advisors who work out of 3,500 branches and 21 offices.

Main responsibilities:


  • Work to create compelling content tailored to groups that are historically underrepresented in Wealth Management
  • Help to execute on the content strategy that will support a large-scale, cross country events strategy
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, HR, Compliance and Controls to develop a scalable content execution strategy
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Manage the content approval process to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
  • Assist with and manage other content projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A demonstrated commitment to addressing the issues impacting groups who are underrepresented in business and financial planning
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years experience in media, marketing or the Wealth Management industry (preferred)
  • Experience working with agencies
  • Highly collaborative.Solutions and results-oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management across our business
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Occasional domestic travel may be required.
