InstaMed's solutions are delivered via its proprietary cloud-based platform and network of healthcare providers and payers. We are seeking motivated candidates to join our dynamic and growing company.
The Manager, Provider Business Development will report directly to the Regional Sales Director VP, Provider Business Development and will be responsible for supporting business development activities which contribute to the achievement of the annual revenue plan. The position is responsible for identifying and contracting large, for-profit healthcare providers Day-to-day activities will entail prospecting, lead generation, conference attendance and exhibiting, RFP responses, presentations and other supporting sales activities from either Philadelphia or their home office.
Account Facing
This is a new-business focused sales role
Develop and manage sales lead generation campaigns including support for ianbound inquiries
Identify and meet key decision-makers for prospective accounts
Consultatively determine optimal solution for prospective accounts
Prepare value analysis reports to substantiate the value of InstaMed and J.P. Morgan
Introduce and engage J.P. Morgan coverage team members for client needs around treasury and credit
Deliver product demos to prospective accounts
Prepare proposals to prospective accounts
Introduce best practices associated with use of InstaMed & J.P. Morgan solutions
Any other duties applicable to the position
Internal
Identify prospective sales targets within market segments
Coordinate marketing activities including presentations and conferences
Support internal RFP and proposal generation process
Regular interaction with Marketing, Product and Professional Services departments of InstaMed
Collaborate with banking and treasury partners
Maintain accurate and timely administrative responsibilities relevant to the position
Adhere to company policies and procedures for proper execution of compliance, training and regulatory duties
Any other duties applicable to the position
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum of 3 years of experience selling or supporting the healthcare provider market
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office is preferred
Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
Healthcare revenue cycle industry experience preferred
Payments industry experience is a plus
