Job Responsibilities

• Broad view across the business to understand, identify and assess potential gaps of core set of policies and practices to deliver on community engagement and inclusion integration

• Identify business specific deliverables including targets for community initiatives and KPIs

• Understand and interpret industry drivers and best practices that help influence LOB policy, where appropriate - remain consistently informed of ongoing changes in external policy and market changes

• Identify gaps and focus areas; develop overall strategic plan to address gaps and maintain performance

• Partner and influence a large set of business stakeholders, including Legal, Risk, Compliance, Controls, Corporate Responsibility, and Government Relations teams

• Influences decisions that impact the organization's P&L - although impact may be moderate

• Individual contributor role and recognized as a technical leader with demonstrated mastery of an area of specialization - home lending, affordable housing, business banking

• Meeting Facilitation and Presentation to Senior Audiences

• Broad exposure to general business functions, lines of business owners and influencers

• May influence and /or shape mid to short term strategic and objective

Skills & Knowledge

• 5-10 years' experience in process management and project management preferred

• Bachelor's degree

• CCB business / products experience or field experience recommended

• Lines of Businesses - Affordable Housing, Home Lending and / or Business Banking knowledge highly preferred

• Corporate Responsibility, Community Engagement or Government Relations background or previous interaction preferred

• Experience with LRCC (Legal, Risk, Compliance, Controls) partners preferred

• Controls and Risk / Process Management experience preferred but not required

• Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish), or experience with multicultural or Latinx audiences

• Critical thinking and non-linear problem solving

• Conflict resolution, change management, influencing, leadership and data analysis skills
