This role will lead project management for new product/service/technology initiatives across the Talent Solutions portfolio. Responsible for the overall coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Oversees all aspects of project development and delivery, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, conducting project meetings, managing issues/risks, maintaining project budget, and monitoring and summarizing project status.
Determine and define project scope and objectives Identify resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Develop and manage a detailed project schedule, action/risk logs, and workstream plan(s) following the Talent Solutions Product Development Methodology Co-ordinate clearly and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders on roles, project deliverables, tasks, and timelines Lead global project team meetings with assigned stakeholder resources Manage to assigned budget and track project costs Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
