MMBSI is looking for an exceptional Reporting Automation Associate to join its Finance and Business Management (F&BM) organization. This role will be responsible for enhancing data and information delivery across MMBSI.
The selected candidate will have a strong technical background (Alteryx, SQL, Python / R) and an understanding of sales and financial operations to inform reporting development and provide analytical insights and information in support of strategic and tactical initiatives across MMBSI.
Key contributor to Middle Market's automated reporting and analytics book of work. This would include enhancing and reorganizing existing reporting, as well as designing and developing new reporting.
Regularly provide analytical insights and oversee business-specific analytics efforts
Engage with partners on the design and data strategy of dashboards to support business-specific needs
BA / BS degree in technical field or equivalent experience
MA / MS degree in technical field
Experience with SQL (preferably in Hadoop environment)
Excellent communication at multiple levels of the organization, and the ability to influence others for a recommended course of action
An ability to condense information into clear and tangible insights in executive-ready presentations
Preferred hands on experiences with:
Alteryx, including macros and reporting tools
R, including visualization packages (ggplot) or basic Python packages
Salesforce reporting and data
Business Intelligence platforms such as Tableau/QlikSense/Einstein Analytics
Knowledge of Commercial Banking and / or Middle Market sales operations
