Duties: Interact with the business to understand the requirements. Create specifications/interface contracts. Develop and test software using the Industry tools and languages, Java programming, React-js scripting framework for screens. Work with Oracle/SQL for database and interaction. Use Maven for building applications. Use Selenium for automated testing. Work with Cucumber for Business Driven Development - testing. Use Junit for component-level unit testing. Use GIT (BitBucket) for source repository. Work with Apache/Tomcat for hosting applications. Work with Jenkins for building apps and deployments. Use Mockito for unit testing. Build components with Spring framework. Use Hibernate framework for Database interaction. Apply advanced Javascript for user Interface. Use IBM MQ & Kafka for message transmission. Work with Websockets for publishing messages to the user screens. Work with Maria DB for storing data. Use homegrown tools for development, testing and deployments like Application Infrastructure Management (AIM), GAIA (Cloude Services), Weave (entitlement management), IDAnywhere (authentication), Jules (artifact deployment), Raven/Blackduck (Security scans), Moneta (Component artifact library), Connect libraries, ITSM (change management tool), and Informatica. Deploy and ensure that the application is running fine with sanity checks. Responsible for monitoring applications are working fine. Responsible for level 3 production support (technical) by interacting with users on multiple geographies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum experience required: 5 years of experience in application development, business coordination and analysis, or related experience.

Skills required: Must have experience programming/scripting languages: Java, XML/XSLT, Javascript, JQuery, and AJAX. Must have experience with tools and frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, POI, Junit, Cucumber, log4J, and Java Mailing Service. Must have experience with Message Oriented Middleware: Websphere Ques/Topics, Kafka, and Java Messaging Service. Must have experience in various build management tools like Jenkins and Source Code management tools (SVN and Bitbucket). Must have experience with SDLC process, including Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Debugging, Deployment, Documentation and Production Support, AGILE Model. Must have experience in Workload Automation/Schedulers, Spring batch, and Autosys scheduler. Must have User Interface experience with REACT-JS and CSS. Must have database and data analysis experience with Oracle, SQL and PLSQL. Must have Release Tools experience with Jenkins and Maven/POM. Must have experience with fixing security issues in the code: Blackduck and Forify scan. Must have experience with application servers/deployments: Tomcat, Websphere app server, and Cloud deployments.
