Job Description:

Production Operations supports Mortgage Banking Originations by facilitating the transition of a loan to closure. Production Operations support positions manage a variety of job roles that are focused on working with outside vendors to obtain documentation and/or information to complete the credit file. In addition to backing up all support roles as needed, the Operations Sr Support Specialist I:


  • Orders or requests UW conditioned credit supplements
  • Complete "one-off" scenarios as required by underwriting, communications or sales
  • Accesses credit bureau websites, order and/or updates trade lines, monitors for email updates from the credit bureaus and reviews completed trade line orders.
  • Orders flood certificates and sends supporting documentation to Core Logic for flood disputes
  • Updates the system of record and works daily priorities
  • Communicates with external agents and internal colleagues to resolve issues and discrepancies

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Possess strong attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Basic office and computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to build relationships quickly
