The Head of Marketing Capacity Planning & Prioritization is a transformation leader, delivering executive-level operational management solutions that foster operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and bottom line impacts to the firm. This individual will be responsible for building a marketing capacity modeling capability to support the Marketing Center of Excellence by predicting needed resource allocation, prioritizing and scheduling work based on expected outcome value and cost of activities, and identifying opportunities to eliminate waste and reduce cost of marketing campaign production. The core mission of this role is to ensure that the Marketing COE can adequately meet LOB demand to message to our customers and prospects.
This individual will report to the Head of Marketing Operations Transformation who is accountable to the JPMC CMO (the Executive Sponsor of the work) and the Firmwide Marketing and CCB Data & Analytics CFO. The Head of Marketing Capacity Planning & Prioritization will need to take a disciplined, data-driven approach to developing and executing strategies to achieve a breakthrough capability transformation roadmap. They must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and be able to create structure where none exists. This leader knows how to align the resources needed to deliver a new structure.
This is a high-profile position with exposure to different levels of management across all CCB teams and businesses. The head of Marketing Capacity Planning & Prioritization must be able to partner and influence across a highly matrixed organization to enable business and financial results. Finally, we're looking for a leader who will champion and drive culture change, unafraid to challenge the status quo to reimagine how we do business to deliver a consistent customer experience for each LOB marketing team, at the most optimal cost.
