Job Description:

Overall Purpose: This career step requires senior level experience. The National Communications and Training intake and project management team is responsible for managing all new communications and training requests from ideation to implementation. Our goal is to deliver quality training and communications materials to frontline employees in the video organization, while meeting the expectations of channel leadership.

As a Senior Business Manager on the National Communications & Training Intake team, you will lead the intake, planning, and implementation of all communications and training requests for the video organization. You will develop project plans, coordinate project staff, and deliver weekly project timelines and delivery schedules. You will have overall responsibility for organizing project tasks, prioritizing new requests, managing existing requests, assembling key players, and engaging stakeholders. You will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and will coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure all aspects of each deliverable are delivered on time and meet the needs of the clients.

Must have a thorough knowledge of the organization (processes, procedures, tools, applications, systems, etc.) coupled with a strong business background in order to fully support the organization. Will be expected to enhance processes by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

5+ years’ related operations experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Previous experience leading cross-functional teams.

Video product knowledge.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s Degree.

Previous experience developing frontline communications and/or training materials.
