Job Description:

Overall Purpose: This career step requires senior level experience. Responsible for all aspects of technical project and program management that are more network focused and not IT or Software Delivery related. Projects and programs are typically high value long term strategic projects that involve new and/or enhancing technology, are highly complex, and require tight coordination and integration with multiple organizations and suppliers. Provides overall direction and technical or analytical guidance to project and program teams that typically span multiple organizations and may also include outside suppliers/vendors. Recommends and takes action to direct problem analysis resolution.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Conducts end to end project management of multiple large projects and may also manage subcomponents of a large program. Leads cross functional teams to complete projects or program deliverables within allotted timeline and budget. Identifies key internal/external stakeholders necessary for project completion and develops overall strategy for executive of high value projects. Defines project scope and objectives, guides activities of a project/program team including delegating tasks to team members, identifies resources, and establishes master timeline for deliverables. Projects/programs are very complex in nature, rarely follow a repeatable framework, typically span multiple business units or are company-wide and require a high level of analysis to create project/program plans for new concept projects/programs. Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion project(s) across the entire organization. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project/program meetings and is responsible for project/program tracking and analysis. Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews project/program deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of major problems. Communicates to client/vendors/leadership.

This position will be responsible for developing and managing extensive program plans with multiple and multi-year initiatives. Working directly with client application and business teams to ensure their plans/roadmaps/timelines are aligned to the CSO One ID roadmap timelines. Communicating, brokering and escalation management of risks and dependencies across the program and done so at both executive and working team levels. Constant re-planning and coordinating with WarnerMedia and CSO product, architecture, and development teams to manage deliverables. Assisting client and client support teams in migrations to the Halo platform from existing legacy platforms.

Required Skills:  Proficient in program/project management, 5+ years of direct and/or relevant experience. Strong technology acumen in security, application software development or applicable related experience. Strong verbal and written skills and ability to communicate effectively to working and senior leadership levels.

Desired Skills:    Experience with WarnerMedia applications and strong network of contacts. Also experience with identity management/authentication areas whether as part of a security organization or a business organization.

Job Contribution: Senior level technical expertise. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on ATT technologies.

Education: Preferred Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration degree or equivalent experience. PMP Certification desired.

Experience: Typically requires 5-8 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.
