Job Description:
Our client, a fast-growing independent Pharma advertising agency, is looking for a Project Manager/Producer with App and 360 Advertising experience to join their team on a 2-3 month freelance opportunity. This role begins remotely ASAP. Candidates must be local to NYC.
What you'll be doing:
Partnering with a diverse internal team of Creative, Account, Strategy and Development colleagues to support the launch of a new digital therapy application You and the team will consult with the client on feature and usability insights, user flows, etc. Drive the creative development and production process for the surrounding advertising campaign (emails, banners, website, print, etc.) Prepare a daily project status and resource reports and keeps management, clients, and others informed of project status and related issues Conduct internal project status meetings with cross-functional teams and participates in weekly client status meetings with account manager Ensure that all deliverables are reviewed for quality internally and are presented to client with the agency polish Other tasks may apply
About you:
6+ years of experience in a creative agency Proven understanding of product development and digital and creative methodologies and practices Ability to be agile, flexible, and effectively manage complex situations Proficiency with the following programs is required: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project), Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams and Jira Nice to have: Trello and Miro You must be able to own the project management process - manage timelines, budgets, hot sheet meetings etc. Experience working through project financials is mandatory Pharmaceutical agency experience a must Must be comfortable interacting with the account team, creative team, and tech pm's Must be proficient with the Microsoft Suite, with a heavy emphasis on digital routing platforms like asana, ProofHQ, or hive, etc. and MS Project and a working knowledge of Excel You must have your own computer for this role
