Our client is looking to hire a Sr./Lead Business Analyst who can lead business analysis for couple projects from discovery phase and run them without handholding. This role requires wearing multiple hats and may have to do some project management along with business analysis.

Your New Role The person hired for the position of Global Pricing Business Analyst will work with IT and businesses on the ERP solution to continually enhance the solution as needed to support and optimize business processes. The Global Pricing Business Analyst will be part of the Transformation, Technologies & Services staff group responsible for leading projects, gathering and documenting requirements, testing system changes, and training/coaching users on the system and business processes; developing into 3M's subject matter expert. • Work with IT and businesses on the ERP solution to continually enhance the solution as needed to support and optimize business processes • Will be responsible for leading projects, gathering and documenting requirements, testing system changes, and training/coaching users on the system and business processes • Will assist IT with troubleshooting system issues as needed • Will help provide data analysis as needed • Will help businesses define and implement business process changes as needed • May need to be on call at intermittent periods throughout the year
What You'll Need to Succeed • Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a private, public, government or military environment working with pricing solutions • Experience working with Vendavo pricing solution • Ability to clearly understand and document business requirements and process gaps • Experience in effectively planning and facilitating meetings and workshops • Experience in leading new projects • Excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with SAP ECC • Experience with SAP/Vendavo integrations • Strong analyst skills with experience in analyzing data
