In our delivery of the Resort Lifestyle, our focus is always on the resident.

We are now accepting applications for a pre-open Sales Consultant. Prior to the opening, the Sales Consultant focuses on collecting deposits and growing the awareness of our independent living retirement community. Once the community is open, the focus shifts to growing occupancy by converting depositors into residents and continuing to grow the business through new leads. All while building trust each step along the way.

  • You'll conduct sales calls, home visits, and community tours with prospective residents

  • Work Tuesday through Saturday with flexibility to work other days as needed to achieve the established goals

  • You have validated sales success, preferably in the local market.
  • You are able to successfully communicate in a positive and credible manner.
  • You have previous work experience in the senior housing industry.
  • You can effectively work independently and within a team environment.
  • You are proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry.
