This Ambulatory Surgery Center is part of a larger, reputable outpatient health system that is certified by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The Director of Nursing Services at this Outpatient Surgery Center will be joining a state-of-the-art facility that is equipped with the most advanced and comprehensive technology in order to ensure the best level of quality care is delivered.
The Director of Nursing will have the opportunity to work on a beautiful campus that includes three Operating Rooms prepped with the most forward-thinking technology, six postoperative rooms, and a comprehensive laboratory.This Same-Day Surgery Center possesses the capabilities to conduct highly complex outpatient procedures in the areas of Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, and Urology. The Surgery Center Nurse Director will work in conjunction with the Clinic Administrator and have oversight of 30+ Full Time employees including Registered Nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
This Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking a motivated, nursing leader that has previous surgical services experience and portrays a "hit the ground running" mentality. Responsibilities in this role include scheduling, collaborating, staffing, and serving as a mentor to RN's and other clinical support staff.
