Our Sr. Communications Coordinator will support Rollins Inc. internal communication initiatives by researching and writing content that will inform and motivate internal audiences through multiple communication vehicles. They have a curiosity for new story ideas that employees will find interesting, and they are a creative writer. This individual will also serve as a project manager for the internal communications team, helping serve as a liaison between various departments and teams to support the overall communication plan and strategy. In addition, this individual will help support the corporate communication page on the Company’s intranet site, quarterly corporate magazine, weekly newsletter communication, office bulletin boards and more. This individual will be essential in driving the success of the Company’s corporate/internal communication initiatives as well as supporting the Orkin brand’s own internal communication goals.
