We are seeking top talent to join our Marketing team!!


Our Sr. Communications Coordinator will support Rollins Inc. internal communication initiatives by researching and writing content that will inform and motivate internal audiences through multiple communication vehicles. They have a curiosity for new story ideas that employees will find interesting, and they are a creative writer. This individual will also serve as a project manager for the internal communications team, helping serve as a liaison between various departments and teams to support the overall communication plan and strategy. In addition, this individual will help support the corporate communication page on the Company’s intranet site, quarterly corporate magazine, weekly newsletter communication, office bulletin boards and more. This individual will be essential in driving the success of the Company’s corporate/internal communication initiatives as well as supporting the Orkin brand’s own internal communication goals.

The Opportunity: 


The successful Sr. Communications Coordinator Specialist will possess the following abilities and will be responsible for:



  • Maintain and support annual internal communications editorial calendar.

  • Research and interview field employees and draft articles for internal publications. Coordinate photography, photo editing, and other image needs.

  • Aggregate, edit and publish three versions of the weekly internal email communiques, following up with content owners to clarify content and distribution for weekly publications plus additional stand-alone announcements.

  • Publish content on company intranet, including weekly email items, and any other content publishing needs.

  • Track and support reporting regularly on content disseminated, audiences reached, results achieved, and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Support corporate campaign initiatives through content planning and content development.

  • Write/edit articles and other content for internal departments as required.
