The Business Process Project Management Sr Specialist - Enterprise Logistics will serve as a global project professional. The individual will be responsible for successfully engaging and connecting Supply Chain Distribution and Transportation management standard work with key performance indicators to Operating Networks, Regions, and Global Supply Chain Leaders to drive simplification with cost and service optimization as well as breakthrough innovation and process improvement aligned with an established strategic roadmap. This role is a great entry point into a strong Global Project Management and Lean Sigma Organization within the Enterprise Transportation Function.

This position is a remote-based position on interim basis due to Covid19 Pandemic. Upon approval of 'Return to Office" site guidelines, this role will require the individual to work onsite.
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Execute supply chain improvement projects that set foundation to optimize service, cost, and inventory
  • Proactively apply project management best practices and techniques to analyze and develop appropriate schedules, budgets and resources, as well as assess risk and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery of our programs/projects
  • Create a cohesive and collaborative team culture where you actively plan, coordinate, and track project activities; lead weekly status meetings and ensure clear communication of team status, decisions, etc.
  • Present regular project updates clearly and concisely to mid-level and senior management and lead phase gate review presentations
  • Lead the team in delivering high quality and compliant output through building understanding and executing activities to ensure alignment to all quality policy and work procedures that are applicable
  • Lead core teams in an unbiased way such that all voices are considered before decisions

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and 4+ years project and/or people management experience in a broad multi-functional business

  • Project Management Certification-PMP


  • Lean Sigma Green Belt Certification


  • APICS-CSCP Certification


  • Track record of successfully managing and leading projects in the medical device industry


  • Demonstrated track record of leading within complex organizations requiring strong influence management skills


  • Good communication (oral and written), presentation and interpersonal skills


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


  • Strong Microsoft Project skillset: creating project plan, baseline, resource planning, critical path establishment, etc.


  • Must be professional, dedicated, and detail-oriented. Other key qualifications include experience working in product development, including clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of cross- functional project teams and functional management


  • Good understanding of Project Financial Modelling and trade-offs
