As a Manager, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our clients by successfully managing and implementing Intacct following prescribed implementation methodology. This position will be critical in supporting our diverse client base with all facets of accounting (GL, AP, AR, Payroll and reconciliations) requiring occasional travel to client sites.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Conduct the following onsite and web based:
Setup system and configure according to customer and accounting requirements.
Train end users on the Intacct system.
Perform data conversions for other systems.
Make recommendation for new processes and procedures.
Develop reports and dashboards utilizing the Intact tools
Setup and configure integration of 3 rd party applications
Collaborate with BOS and Technology Consulting team to coordinate the completion of project tasks
Project manage with ability to keep projects on time and on budget.
Provide technical support to BOS and clients as needed
Provide input and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures for service delivery, including development of templates, documentation of best practices, contribution to the knowledge base, etc.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Minimum of 5-8 years of working with accounting or other ERP packages.
Strong project management/customer leadership skills and delivery experience including the ability to develop high-quality project plans and timely deliverables.
Experience with Sage Intacct ERP system is preferred.
Strong software knowledge. Experience in all areas of installation, configuration, integration, and training is mandatory.
Troubleshooting skills and superb analytical skills: ability to think "outside-the-box" to resolve problems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Mastery of Excel a plus.
Strong project management/customer leadership skills and delivery experience including the ability to develop high-quality project plans and timely deliverables.
Collaborative skills. Must be able to engage internal resources across functional departments
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Motivated, self-starter, who can work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multi-task - work on several projects simultaneously.
Understanding of accounting basics and financial accounting processes/principles. Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or accounting. CPA license preferred but not required.
Ability to set priorities and with excellent time management skills; enjoy working independently with clear deadlines and deliverables
