•Perform the set-up, changeover adjustment, operation, lubrication, cleaning of equipment, on-line production checks and product discard •Maintain batch records, production reports and SAP transactions •Segregate product and complete paperwork for quality defect or process deviations •Take appropriate steps when line conditions and/or checks do not meet standards •Help to resolve equipment issues and other production problems proactively •Assure proper loading/unloading of both unsterilized and sterilized product •High School diploma or equivalent •Ability to follow GMP guidelines, the site's HACCP, Safety, Ergonomics and Environmental Quality guidelines •Familiar with the SAP system, basic SPC, continuous improvement, and PI System
