Responsible for helpdesk/help desk ticket system, new user computer printer and phone setup, Tier 2 issues, projects as assigned by I.T management.
Job Description
Provide quality help desk support
Monitor ticket system and system que and resolve issues based on priority such as production down time or user not being able to do their job requests first.
Maintain computer systems, wiring, software and hardware
Create accounts and configure hardware as part of on-boarding process
Perform computer system updates including hardware and software
Maintain computer container in AD in sync with our computer system structure
Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms
Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
Monitor Antivirus Software
Adheres to Quality policy by exceeding customer expectations, being customer focused and supporting continuous improvement activities
Adheres to Safety policies and practices behavioral based safety 100% of the time
Experience in office 365, and windows 10 and Server 2012R2 and above.
Other duties as assigned.
