The KC North America (KCNA) HR Generalist is responsible to perform a variety of human resource activities that support key business initiatives in areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, compensation, change management, and training and development. Reporting to the KCNA Talent Management leader and in partnership with HR Peers and business leaders this position supports HR strategies, processes, and programs to drive business objectives forward.

Responsibilities:


  • Support key initiatives and operations of the KC North America HR team.


  • Oversee and optimize the HR management framework including meeting cadence, coordination, facilitation to drive optimal results for KCNA HR team.


  • Build sound relationships and partnerships across the organization including but not limited to our HR COE, talent partners, and the HR community.


  • Administer HR policies and procedures and provide day to day HR support across KCNA.


  • Provide coaching to leaders to increase organizational productivity and team effectiveness.


  • Deliver or administer programs designed to address workforce needs and enhance skills to improve individual performance.


  • Support reporting, tracking and administration of talent management initiatives.


  • Participate in KCNA HR projects/initiatives as needed.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelors Degree.


  • 3 to 5 years previous HR experience.


  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and in a team environment.


  • Exceptional work organization skills with the ability to prioritize and schedule to manage competing demands.
