Job Description:



Develop Territory Sales and Service strategy that attains targets set by corporate objectives. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction within area of responsibility. Complete territory responsibilities to cover a broad range of customers (OEM's, Dealers and Fleets). Must reside in these in one of these 3 states Missouri, Oklahoma or Kansas.

Job Responsibilities:

•Implements sales / service automation techniques through strong computer skills.

•Creates and implements territory sales plans to achieve business unit growth targets.

•Develop and achieve service training strategies consistent with corporate goals and customer needs.

•Professional presence and relationship building across a wide range of customers.

•Provide feedback on product related issues to corporate technical support and marketing teams.

•Manage to budget and sales goals effectively.

•Research market for competitive information which includes but not limited to pricing, product performance, warranty.

•Extensive travel to customer sites in the designated territory.



•High school Diploma/ GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred.

•Minimum 5 years of commercial truck or transportation field experience preferred.

•High level of technical knowledge with product lines preferred.

•Ability to train technical people on technical subjects.

•Strong computer skills – CRM experience required, with SalesForce preferred.

•Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills.

•Ability to travel up to 75% of the time (daily and overnight trips to customers).
