The Nextracker TRUECAPTURE Project Manager will be based in Nashville, Tennessee The TrueCapture Project Manager’s goal is to facilitate deployment of NEXTracker’s firmware and software to field installed control system equipment. He/she ensures that NEXTracker’s products and installation out-perform customer expectations are of the highest quality possible. The TrueCapture Project Manager develops customer loyalty by optimizing the product to the customer’s needs while providing great technical support services on the NEXTracker product

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:


  • Provides technical support for NEXTracker customers worldwide, ensuring a best in class customer experience

  • by delivering product and systems expertise to maximize customer value

  • Develops and maintain technical understanding of PV solar tracking systems and associated tools

  • Creates strong customer experience and be able to effectively communicate resolutions for customer concerns

  • Manages groups of projects from PO to Commissioning as the single point of contact for the customer

  • Interfaces with customers or installers to plan network configuration and adjust field equipment to comply with

  • the plans

  • Analyzes install conditions and run data analytics in order to configure and commission the tracker control

  • equipment

  • Coordinates with all internal NEXTracker departments to execute the terms of the contract including but not

  • limited to Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, Assett Management, Marketing, Finance

  • Supports NEXTracker product procurement, logistics, and system design

  • Establishes and measures key performance indicators for customer to drive behavior and performance

  • Presents the ongoing results to management and to customers

  • Plays key role in cross-functional product teams, providing recommendations based on systems integration

  • expertise and customer needs assessments and feedback

  • Supports product development, sales, and marketing as requested

  • Acts as internal customer voice. An advocate for the customer within NEXTracker

  • Ensures the project schedule is communicated internally; ensure project delivery schedule is communicated

  • externally

  • Documents and processes all Change Order transactions

  • May include supervising other Project Engineers or Managers if required

                 

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years Project Management experience

  • Exceptional organizational skills required

  • Strong knowledge of photovoltaic technology and its applications

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Understanding of dealing with customer support and O&M issues

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities

  • Passion for solar is a plus
