Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter)

The Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter)will provide a world class experience for our professional candidates and to our hiring leaders. This role will support key searches withintheDover Refrigerated Food Equipment (DRFE) business segment and work closely with our leadership team(s). This position reports to theDirector, HR /Talent Acquisition.

What you'll be responsible for in this role:


  • Accountable for directly sourcing, interviewing, and presenting highly specialized professional talent

  • Partneringwith Human Resources and Hiring Managers (HMs) to determine workforce needs- current and future openings and job specific criteria

  • Actingas a consultant and single point of contact to the HM

  • Conductingsearch intakecalls(launch call)

  • Providing weekly status updates to HMs/HR

  • Assessingrisks/challenges, anddrivingresolution to challenges

  • Understandingkey metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activities and build effective strategies to meet goals

  • Leveragingexternal market data, vendors, sourcing channels and the latest technology available to quickly make competitive talent pools

  • Managing the interview process (ensuring candidate is scheduled timely

  • collecting interview feedback and ensuringqualified candidates are presentedas well as managing feedback to candidates

  • Recruits cross-functionally and at various levels within the organization.

  • Utilizes various recruitment tools to source talent and build candidate pipelines, including internal applicant tracking system, employee referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, networking, research, cold calling, job fairs and other sourcing strategies as required.

  • Creates a memorable candidate experience by energizing candidates around the organization's employment value proposition.

  • Independently interviews and evaluates candidates, both internal and external, and refers qualified applicants to department managers for consideration. May also conduct onsite interviews as required.

  • Conducts debrief meetings with the hiring managers and teams on candidate selection.


  • Will leverage our internal HR system to facilitate background checks, drug screens, and general posting and on-boarding requirements.

  • Maintains relationship with inactive/passive candidates and builds a network of strong talent in the marketplace.

  • Provides ongoing communication with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and where necessary, key stakeholders on status of candidates and progress.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What are the basic qualifications?


  • Bachelor's degree

  • 4+ years recruitment experience

  • Requires 2+ years' experience in full-life cycle recruitment supporting manufacturing operations professional roles.

What are the preferred qualifications?


  • Prior experience recruiting for multiple locations simultaneously

  • Experience adhering to OFCCP regulations

  • Experience with various recruitment sourcing techniques (i.e. LinkedIn, specialty sites, employee referrals, cold calling, etc.)

  • A working knowledge of Internet recruiting technology and solid computer proficiency.

  • Demonstrated success in building credible relationships and proactively partnering with business leaders throughout the recruitment and selection process.

  • Detail oriented with exceptional time management skills and accuracy in presentation of information.

  • Knowledge of current employment laws and legislation.

  • Highly effective communication skills (verbal & written) with strong interpersonal effectiveness and the ability to work with all levels of management and employees
