Job Description:

This position is responsible for the data integrations into Long Term Planning Software and standardization of strategic contact center planning reporting in order to support workforce optimization across the enterprise within the workforce center of excellence.

The Long Term Planning Software Data Architect/Engineer is a key member of the business product ownership team and will report to the Long Term Planning Software business product owner within Workforce Optimization. This role requires a strong understanding of business objectives, reporting needs, problem solving, and change management, all with one goal in mind: Provide best-in-class governance strategy & support by collaborating with business end users, leadership, and supporting teams to identify and implement the most effective processes, tools, and communication strategy.

   

Responsibilities include:


  • Provide expert support with data integrations into Long Term Planning Software (data sourcing, file format and data validation)

  • Standardize and monitor ongoing data review processes across all lines of business, including supporting reports and SOPs

  • Partner with Long Term Planning Software Success Manager, strategic planners, and vendor to optimally maximize usage of the Long Term Planning Software DataMart

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise plan reporting and dashboards from Long Term Planning Software DataMart

  • Create and maintain SOPs for onboarding process of new LOBs

  • Provide state-of-the art support to strategic, long term planning teams utilizing Long Term Planning Software

  • Support establishment of best in class demand forecasting procedures and connection with the Long Term Planning Software application

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications include:


  • 5+ years of data engineering, and/or architectural experience

  • 3-5 years of experience working with contact center data

  • Strategic contact center planning experience preferred

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Advanced business intelligence/reporting tool experience required

  • Proven track record for effectively driving change through strong partnerships and engagement with front-line staff, management, and customers

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with individuals at various levels

  • Strong presenting and influencing skills. Ability to turn data into a compelling story with a call to action

  • Ability to identify issues and opportunities and develop solutions with little oversight

  • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency

  • Ability to interpret and break down complex processes for communication to various matrix partners

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
