ICF Certified Contract Coach

Management Concepts, Inc. is currently recruiting for independent contract Executive and Leadership coaches that are International Coach Federation (ICF)-credentialed to join our coaching cadre. In this role, you will be part of an integrated team focused on providing high-impact executive, leadership and performance coaching services to government and commercial clients. Our services are aligned with the needs and goals of our clients and are both innovative and pragmatic. We focus on improving individual, team, and organizational performance to achieve optimal organizational results. Coaches will be engaged in our client-facing coaching efforts. We seek  vibrant coaches with a blend of domain expertise in leadership, management, and professional skill development, as well as organizational change management and organizational development. The coaches will work closely with the Coaching and Mentoring Practice Lead and Associate to be placed in assignments that match experience, interest, and skillset.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Extensive knowledge in leadership and workforce development, with deep domain expertise in executive and leadership coaching. Strong interpersonal capabilities coupled with a deep understanding of leadership and professional skills development and effective adult learning principles.

Keeps abreast of emerging trends in the fields of coaching, leadership, and individual and organization improvement.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Current International Coach Federation credential at the ACC, PCC, or MCC level.

Five years of coaching experience in a business setting (as an internal or external coach).

Bachelor’s Degree in in Leadership, Organizational Development, Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Communications, Education, Counseling, Psychology or related field.

Experience using and debriefing at least 1 type of 360 Feedback Assessment

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Graduate level degree in Leadership, Organizational Development, Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Communications, Education, Counseling, Psychology or related field.

Experience designing and facilitating Group and Team Coaching. (Certifications in this area are a plus.)

Certification in one or more 360 feedback assessments (i.e Leadership Circle, Voices 360, Hogan, etc.).

Experience delivering assessment tools within a coaching context.

Experience coaching groups and teams (relevant certifications are a plus).

Public sector experience is a plus

Five years coaching experience with executive and senior level clients in the government and/or commercial organizations.

Demonstrated experience in organizational change management, organizational development and leader development.

Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

TS/SCI security clearance
