The Medical Surgical RN is primarily responsible for adhering to the hospital's Standards of Patient Care to deliver safe and quality patient care. Duties include:

• Assessment of Inpatients.


• Planning of care.


• Implementation and evaluation of plan of care.


• Maintaining safe and therapeutic environment for patients.

Qualifications

Position Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.


• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire or other Compact State.


• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress work environment.

  Ability to maintain customer focused interpersonal communication skills and patient confidentiality
