Job Summary:

The Branch Manager will provide sales leadership and operational management for all branch employees. The manager will also be responsible for developing sales growth, profitability and personnel development of the location.

Other responsibilities to include:

• Set and achieve branch financial goals


• Provide a "Best in Class" work environment for employees and customers


• Promote stated goals of Main Electric


• Provide effective leadership to branch staff


• Coach, mentor, hire, and train branch staff


• Strive for high market share Work with Senior Management to achieve strategic advantage

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field


• Previous supervisory experience preferably in Electrical Wholesale industry


• Strong leadership and motivational skills


• Excellent communication skills


• Excellent knowledge of operational procedures


• The ability to organize, develop and execute a business plan
