We are seeking a skilled Content Writer to join our
Content Production team. This role is ideal for a creative and organized individual.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Own the development and delivery of various
  customer communication pieces. 


• Create original content in a variety of
  formats, including newsletters, Web copy, print collateral (press materials,
  brochures), and user guides, taking into account the target community.


• Work with stakeholders to research, obtain
  material, and organize the content of written communications.


• Assist in development of communication
  strategies and execute on those plans.


• Participate in interviews, work sessions, and
  critiques to develop clear and distinct solutions to create a unified brand
  voice.


• Draft, review, and revise communication as
  needed and obtain stakeholder approval.


• Maintain the proper housing of documentation
  including version control.


• Perform as an integral member of the Digital
  Media Development team.

Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities:

• 3+ years of professional communications
  experience with a focus in content creation.


• Excellent communication skills, including
  storytelling, writing, and presentation.


• Experience overseeing the design and
  production of print and digital materials for communication purposes.


• Able to tailor styles of messaging to
  different channels while maintaining standards.


• Strong research skills with the ability to
  maintain confidentiality.


• Results-driven with the ability to meet
  commitments by deadlines.


• A portfolio that showcases an ability to
  translate ideas into thoughtful and concise copy.


• Above average computer skills, with working
  knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe FrameMaker.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with content management tools and
  deliverables.


• Proficiency in social media advertising
  platforms.


• Knowledge of cybersecurity topics a definite
  plus.

Education: Bachelor's degree in journalism,
communications, English or related major is required

Location: Remote, TX

Work
Environment: This job operates in a well-lit and temperature-controlled office environment.
In this role there will be use of standard office equipment such as phones and
computers.
