Summary:
Responsible for compiling data, performing inventory audits, and managing transactions in Microsoft AX.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Investigates and researches inventory variances for reconciliation purposes.
Performs Warehouse Inventory audits according to the company cycle check protocol established
Performs Inventory analysis and Usage Information as directed.
Performs other clerical duties as needed
Complete all training defined and made available for the currently assigned role. Responsible for a full understanding of the training and the ability to perform trained activities.
Responsible for the coordination and review of specific transactions related to traceability in compliance with BRC criteria. Ensure BRC protocols are implemented and audited as required. Provide employee training as needed.
Conducts work in a safe manner, observing all safety requirements.
Must work various shifts and hours including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Provides suggestions to improve processes, procedures, and department to meet company goals
Knowledge and Experience:
Education and/or Experience
Two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Communication Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents and procedure manuals written in English. Capability to write routine reports and office correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of manufacturing software. Spreadsheet, Word Processing Microsoft Office and Barcode System are required.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Capability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Other Qualifications
Must be able to complete the company’s Forklift Certification Program

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
Environmental Concerns
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. Floors are wet. The use of sharp knives is required to open bags, cartons, and drums. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; outside weather conditions and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually very quiet; Office environment. Dust and odor present in the environment. The employee will operate a lift truck at various heights.
