Wintrust Commercial Banking is recruiting for a Senior Commercial Lender/Relationship Manager to support the commercial banking needs. This position is based in the southern suburbs and supports middle market businesses with revenues between $10 and $250 million.
The commercial banker is responsible for developing new business and expanding existing relationships for commercial banking customers. This position provides exceptional service to build and strengthen customer relationships by promoting products and services as appropriate to identify and fulfill customer needs. Responsible for new business development through referral sources and cold calling efforts.

The ideal candidate has 7- 10 years' experience managing a portfolio of commercial banking clients, has a strong knowledge of the market and has experience with Treasury Management products.
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Finance, Economics or related quantitative field.
Formal credit training preferred
