The purpose of this position is to assist in the preparation and serving of meals and achieve food service objectives by serving food, ensuring the sanitation in all areas of food service; and by completing all tasks for stocking, sanitizing and preparation.  Physical demands include capacity to lift weights of up to 60 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.  This position functions in the Dining Department of a Continuing Care Retirement Community with a resident population of independent living residents, residents of an assisted living facility (20) and a skilled nursing center (60). 

Position is Full Time and includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
