SA Business Development VP - New York/New Jersey/Philadelphia

JOB DESCRIPTION
The primary responsibilities for this role include the following:
Signing new deals within the Strategic Accounts sweet spot ($500M +, SOW channels at brand name companies and high potential multi-location field leads )
Scaling accounts to $1M+ revenue, high margin staffing and direct line manager contact
Collaborate with contract attorney and all dedicated SA support teams at corporate
Developing and executing revenue growth strategy for the first 12 -24 months
Coordinating the hand-off strategy of new accounts after 12- 24 months to Account Management vice presidents
Engaging clients considering implementing VMS and encouraging the use of self-managed VMS tools to manage their temporary and permanent placement spend
Engaging with MSP opportunities that fit the RH pricing and client contact profile
Participating in nonprofit boards and networking with our alliances
Qualifications:
History of top performance in sales.
Enterprise sales experience and experience with complex enterprise sales in non-customers.
Robert Half management experience preferred.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferred
