The award-winning Waldorf Astoria Golf Club in Orlando, Florida is looking for a Head Golf Professional to join the team!

Amidst the Bonnet Creek nature preserve is Golf Magazine's prestigious, "Top Courses You Can Play," and "2016-2017 Gold Premier Resort" - The Waldorf Astoria Golf Club. This meticulously designed 18 hole masterpiece was created by acclaimed golf course architect Rees Jones, and is part of the 482-acre Bonnet Creek resort development. The Waldorf Astoria Golf Club serves as an amenity for the 497-room Waldorf Astoria Orlando and the 1000-room Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional, engaging leader with experience leading a large team and possess at least 2-3 years experience as a Senior Assistant Golf Professional or Head Golf Professional. PGA Class A Member preferred and luxury hotel experience is a plus!

What will I be doing?

This role supports the Director of Golf and manages daily golf operations, including registration (tee sheets), events and tournaments, marketing initiatives, merchandising, equipment maintenance and rentals, player/outside services, golf-related food and beverage and golf instruction. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff. Assists in managing the financial aspects of the operation including profitability, forecasting, budgeting, invoicing and inventory control.
