The HOKA Design Coordinator is a detail orientated individual and crucial member of the Design Team. The Design Coordinator supports the team with a variety of administrative functions to ensure a smooth operational flow. They are critical in ensuring designers are equipped to perform their roles effectively. A strong candidate for this role is a self-starter, has outstanding attention to detail and is an excellent problem solver.
Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Providing daily administrative support to the HOKA Design team, including scheduling meetings, supplying agendas and note taking
Coordinates with relevant partners to ensure designers have what they need to execute design work effectively – relevant samples, files, material references and supplies
Storage and maintenance of team materials including samples and digital files for timely access and confidential protection
Collaboration with key partners to ensure there is a smooth operational flow, with a high level of communication and prompt action.

We’d love to hear from people with
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
6 months – 3 years related experience in retail/wholesale, design and/or development, merchandising, etc. with performance footwear preferred
Experience performing administrative tasks, adhering to project calendars, and executing against deadlines
Analytic ability to process complex data and information
Proficient in Microsoft Applications
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills
