Centralized Title Services provides nationwide title, closing and settlement solutions for mortgage lenders.  Matches deep industry knowledge and expertise with advanced technology to offer a full suite of services that can be designed to meet customer's specific requirements.

CTS Originations Operations supports real estate closing transactions by preparing documents for signing, performing compliance review of critical to disbursement documents and resolution of complex document defects.

Responsible for supporting real estate closing transactions by monitoring and providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication to both internal and external 

customers including lenders, borrowers, notaries, vendors, attorneys and county offices.  Utilizes comprehensive knowledge and deep subject matter expertise of mortgage loan documents and recording requirements at the various counties nationwide.  Demonstrates advanced technical aptitude and knowledge of systems and tools.  Accountable for ensuring closing team meets or exceeds hourly SLAs and time-sensitive production goals with accuracy and professionalism.   Resolves closing issues that may impact signing and funding dates.


  • Guides others in compiling documents for closing package including preparation of Stewart Title documents, ATLA Settlement Statement and gathering of state specific forms, tax information and order payoffs 
  • Monitors closer escalation queue and follows up with external parties regarding taxes, tax escalations, payoffs and other escalations as needed
  • Reviews escalated requests regarding CDs and issues exceptions as needed to secure scheduled signing
  • Resolves escalated issues related to incorrect monetary amounts
  • Handles escalated inquiries and resolves complex escalations received via phone/email from internal departments and external parties including clients, borrowers and notaries
  • Acts as first point of contact for inquiries related to closing processes
  • Utilizes multiple sources including websites, government offices and/or other financial institutions to research, analyze and resolve escalations
  • Provide side-by-side training on existing processes and procedures
  • Analyzes audit and closing related trends, identifies opportunities for internal and external process and service improvements and provides recommendations to management
  • Runs scrub report, identifies exception items and acts as required to meet client expectations
  • Monitors and validates post closing shortages and handles as needed including calling counties, customers, vendors, etc. to resolve
  • Supports various ad hoc projects such as job aid development, researching state specific regulations, etc.
  • Oversees daily pipeline management and/or assigns workload to ensure team SLA's are met
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management


  • Requires comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems and concepts within own discipline
  • May act as a lead, coordinating the work of others but is not a direct supervisor
  • Recommends improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve efficiency
  • Works with little supervision within established procedures and practices; may require guidance in complex situations
  • Understands how teams coordinate efforts and resources to achieve organizational objectives
  • Provides subject matter guidance to team; may allocate work
  • Impacts results of own team and effectiveness of related teams
  • Gathers and analyzes data to identify and solve complex problems
  • Exercises judgment based on previous experiences, practices and precedents
  • Evaluates and communicates complex information in a clear, concise manner
  • Exchanges ideas and information effectively
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
  • Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience
