If you are a Information Technolgoy professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you!  Based in our Mansfield, Ohio location, you will facilitate and drive business processes and associated system requirements using the defined information technology tools with a high degree of responsibilty and viability. 

AS A BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST - OPERATIONS, YOU WILL: 



  • Manage systems implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution).




  • Take loosely defined business problems and develop business and use cases.




  • Acts as the Liaison between shared instance managers, platform and enterprise wide Information Technology teams.




  • Elicit, analyze and manage business requirements by documenting, prioritizing and communicating requirements.




  • Manages and optimizes the Order to Cash eBusiness application technical processes.




  • Manages third party resources to develop solutions that meet business requirements.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:



  • Requires a B.S. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant Business area with a minimum of five (5) years working with business processes and Information Technology applications/systems.




  • Demonstrated experience working with relevant business functions such as finance, supply chain/procurement, materials planning, order management, production, etc.




  • Strong technical skills.




  • Working knowledge of MS Office, or equivalent productivity suites, currently in use by the Company.




  • Integrity.




  • Adaptability and Customer focus.




  • Written and Verbal communication skills.




  • Analytical Skills.




  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship for this role will not be provided. 



PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:


  • Oracle eBusiness Systems experience preferred.
