Responsible for demonstrating high levels of proficiencies in Production Control related job functions. Provide supervision of the Production Control Department staff on a day-to-day basis. Ensure high level of productivity and accuracy in establishing a Production Control program. Responsible for supervising personnel and processes towards an efficient and effective operation within the Warehouse Area to include scheduling and maintaining timely flow of work and product.
Your new responsibilities
CORE TASKS:

1. Supervise the Manufacturing Control Team by establishing team direction, schedules, and key objectives.

2. Develop, track and report visual metrics, including KPI's for area; react to metrics by identifying and solving problems, making improvements and advancing process control.

3. Develop and support teams that make suggestions; take initiative and actively implement improvements.

4. Performs yearly employee evaluations.

5. Communicates to internal (Program Management, Operations, etc.) and external customers on material status via Program and Production Status Reviews.

6. Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

7. Participate and add value as a member of the TKAS Management Team.

8. Engages in effective communication within and across all departments.

9. Participate in Company Safety Program through safety meetings, audits, following good safe work practices and maintaining a safety and clean work environment.

10. Commitment to quality by meeting and exceeding our customer expectations and continuously improving our quality management system and their processes to create value for customers, employees, and shareholders.

• Warehouse/Manufacturing environment, working and walking around moving equipment and on concrete flooring

• Limited time spent in an office environment

• Non-air conditioned and limited heated environment

• SAP experience and MS Office.

• Advanced skills in ERP System.

• Proven interpersonal and employee development skills.

• Provide leadership within Manufacturing Control Department on a day-to-day basis.

• Possess strong discipline to provide accurate and timely data.

Expected (Educational) Experience:

• Associates Degree in Business Management or equivalent work related experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field preferred.

Expected Years of Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of materials management/production control experience.

• Minimum 5 years Warehouse experience in a M
