Job Description

The Managing Vice President in Strategic Accounts will be responsible for business development activities, for existing and potential large account client with significant spend. The Managing Vice President will be responsible for conducting high level strategy client meetings, negotiating national pricing strategies and legal contracts, and partnering with the appropriate recruitment teams for successful service delivery. In addition, this role will act as the primary liaison to the client after the negotiations are completed and will conduct quarterly business reviews and assist in resolution of any major issues that arise. The incumbent is responsible for communicating, modeling, and upholding Robert Half’s corporate vision and values, reinforcing the importance of maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence and ethics. The position reports directly to the Managing Director, Strategic Accounts.

Responsibilities:


  • Utilize target list to cultivate high-potential accounts that fit our client and business profile for Strategic Accounts.

  • Expand current relationships, regain lost business, and create new relationships based on target list.

  • While establishing short-term business opportunities, also be strategic and gear efforts towards building long-term business relationships that will result in consistent business development levels.

  • Target conversations and meetings towards “C” level executives.

  • Collaborate and partner with PSS, TSS, RH Legal, Managed Solutions and Protiviti where appropriate to analyze opportunities and to determine the best course of action to maximize revenue for the enterprise.

  • Promotes and supports an inclusive work environment where diversity and inclusion are championed.

  • Supports and encourages adoption of the Robert Half Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and the Corporate Compliance and Ethics Program.

Qualifications:


  • 8+ years experience of relevant experience, with a proven track record of success in staffing and professional services.

  • Prior experience as a Robert Half Strategic Accounts VP or VP highly desired.

  • Experience with developing relationships with C-suite level management required.

  • Proven ability to self-generate business development opportunities through a diverse combination of calling, emailing and networking.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large business opportunities ($1M+) to a successful close.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to collaborate across the organization.

  • Proven ability to successfully conduct large and small group presentations.

  • Up to 25% domestic travel may be required
