PREMIER Bankcard is looking for an analytical, outgoing, organized, and friendly individual to join its Credit Review team.

Compensation and Schedule

Starting wage is determined based on prior work experiences.

Full-time Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Training Schedule:

One on one peer training will be provided. Training will include hands-on learning of credit card systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze workflow processes and impacts to internal and external measurements (i.e. work standards, timeliness, quality, production, goals, etc.).


• Assist in development of project requests to improve workflow and process. Write and test user technical requirements for program enhancements.


• Report impact of proposed changes. Recommend process enhancements or improved methodologies to management.


• Investigate, document and identify solutions to systemic and process issues


• Work with staff, management and other departments to implement desired system or analytical enhancements.


• Create workflows for application decisions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Flexibility is essential in this position in a continually evolving environment


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to think critically and problem solve


• Strong PC knowledge including 10-key


• Team and detail oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills


• Display dependability with a solid attendance record


• Possess basic PC skills
