Handle outage and crisis management notification for a geographic area
Handle service contacts from internal/external customers regarding High Speed Internet Services (HSI)
Answer questions, troubleshoot and serve as a "helpdesk" for inquiries
Serve as a liaison between the Customer Care and Network Organizations
In addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, our AT&T NCG Representatives must have:
Advanced trouble shooting experience
Extensive experience working with vendors in various centers
Previous TSR II experience
Experience handling network outages
Ability to work days, evenings or night tours; overtime, weekends, holidays and split shifts as required. Hours of operation are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
