Manage a team and lead the MES deployments at Manufacturing plants

• Visit site, Conduct workshop with plant users to understand As-IS process

• Gather requirements, Map value chain & document the proposed future state

• Capture business process maps and document (activity diagrams & Usecases)

• Perform Fit gap analysis, Multisite compare to derive unified core workflow

• Create Training, Site questionnaire, help, checklists, job aid documentation etc

• Update the FSD documentations based on changes evolving for the activities

• Work closely with business Librarian in maintaining the activity library

• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System and/or Level 2 Systems

• Experience working on with Manufacturing plants and MES implementations

• Knowledge of MES interfaces with Level 2 (PLC, SCADA etc..) and Level 4 (ERP..)

• Knowledge back ground on ISA 95 Standards and plant automations

• Knowledge of SAP MII and awareness of Interface middleware technologies 

• Familiarity of Framework/Concepts like Smart Manufacturing/IoT etc

• Knowledge on grain silos, grain processing and animal nutrition are huge plus
