Qualifications

The Modernization Lead is responsible for setting up, managing, and evangelizing the culture, practices, processes and tools that enable the business of software development and operations. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of agile and the various points at which development and operations could be improved by better process improvement, tools, automation and metrics that can be gathered to improve CCB's transformation.

• Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field or the foreign equivalent.
• 10+ years of overall experience with an emphasis on information technology
  
  
  • Subversion, GIT/Stash and Bitbucket, Jenkins administration and deployment skills, training, and experience.
  • Implementation and administration of containers using Docker, AWS, Puppet, Chef and Ansible for automation
  • Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence.
  • Experience with polyglot database technology skills like Cassandra, Oracle, AWS-RDS, and MYSQL
  • Development experience with Java technologies is a must
  
  
• 10+ years of experience leading transformational cross-functional IT initiatives

• 
  
  • With a proven background in leadership capacity on automation, performance engineering design and implementations
  • Strong execution mind-set to manage and track progress against transformation goals
  
  
• Certified Scrum Professional/Master, Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), and/or CSPO(Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification is a nice to have
