The Opportunity

We are looking to hire an Office Assistant to join our team; reporting to their Property Manager. The Office Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting the Property Manager with administrative duties. The right person will have excellent attention to detail, and focus on resident retention, and outreach. The Office Assistant should also have stellar analytical skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. They must have an unparalleled passion for service in order to display a commitment of excellence that interprets the Beztak vision and brand.

Key Functions


  • Assists Property Manager with tasks such as rent collection, answering phones, and executing notices or correspondence

  • Maintains awareness and keeps pace of market trends

  • Always displays excellent customer service skills, and a positive demeanor

  • Assists with maintaining a clean, friendly, and professional leasing office

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


  • Two years’ experience in the industry

  • Must have exceptional customer service skills

  • Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to change
