Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking highly skilled Quality Engineering Solution Architect who will build end to end solutions in areas including Digital Assurance, Validation Services, Agile/DevOps transformation, Automation, Performance, and next gen Quality Engineering services and Operating models. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for architecting solutions along with Sales and Business development teams for client proposals

- Performing QA technology consulting and/or implementation assignments e.g. automation maturity, framework assessments, implementing testing pipeline in DevOps, etc.

- Architecting technical solutions for new trends in testing like Cloud migration, Agile, DevOps, Block chain, etc

- Work with delivery team to solve specific technical QA challenges

- Work with CoE to build products/solutions for specific customer asks/problems

- Estimate the efforts based on the proposed solutions and scope

- Understanding Cognizant IP products and identifying suitability of these products in client’s landscape

- Identifying customer challenges and proactively working with different groups to propose solutions

- Researching on plethora of Open source tools and technologies and how they can be used during solutioning for proposals and delivery

- Ability to perform deep research on various options based on specific client needs and asks

- Continuously learning new domains to ensure technology solutions are aligned with domain

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 12-15+ years of experience in IT industry and at least 5-7 years in a Solution architect\Business Development role and Good knowledge of QA practices, functional and non-functional testing and critical metrics related to QA Services

- Experience in Pre-sales, business development, managing QA delivery/Program management and client engagement

- Strong knowledge of Testing, Computer System Validation and Compliance

- Experience in creating QA technology assessment reports and discussing with client to lay the plan and roadmap

- Experience & Knowledge in multiple tools/technologies – UFT, TOSCA, Test Complete

- Work with sales, account and delivery teams early in the sales life cycle to develop solution and pricing

- Hands on experience in understanding & meeting client requirements, building storyline, exec summary creation, differentiators, documentation

- Ability to create solutions for customers QA challenges and RFP responses

- Experience in Product engineering, Agile and DevOps with focus on Continuous testing and monitoring In-Sprint automation testing

- Experience in Organization change management, new age operating and pricing models e.g. Hub spoke, Outcome based, Unit based etc.

- Good experience in developing automation frameworks, developing automation scripts using framework, implementing BDD, setting up CI/CD pipeline

- Experience in Automation (Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins, Maven), API testing (Postman, REST/SOAP), Mobile automation, Multi browser parallel execution

- Hands on experience in effort estimation techniques and models

- Good communication and presentation skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Worked on large scale Integrated QA proposals and QA consulting

- Experience working in Consulting Environment with Quality Engineering Solutions Background
