Our National Security Team supports the intelligence community, providing, operating and assuring critical voice, video and collaboration services for the full spectrum of operations.
AT&T has an opening for a MSPM/Service Lifecycle Manager - To support the National Security Sector, in providing written and verbal reports to senior management as needed. Responsible for ensuring that performance levels and O&M services are within the constraints of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and the contract. This includes aligning the different service delivery areas with management, technical and customer requirements to optimize the customer experience. Responsible for all services areas on the contract. (Service areas include Core, CAN/LAN, Access, C&T or NMS). Directs O&M efforts and is responsible for the mitigation and resolution of defects and failures across the service areas.
Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Required Clearance: TSSCI with polygraph. (#polygraph)
Required Qualifications: Candidate must have 10 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. This equates to a Doctorate and 3 years of experience OR Masters and 4 years, Bachelors and 6 years, Associates and 8 years or HS and 10 years.
