The Center at Tucson is looking for Nursing Staff to join our Team. Requires a person who can work well under pressure and is comfortable with multi-tasking. All shifts available, including fulltime and PRN.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

◾Oversee all areas of the patients medical needs on a daily basis ◾Work in collaboration with patient, physician, family members, care team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care and treatment for the patient

◾LPNs-pass meds, provide treatment, assess for changes in conditions ◾Answer call lights, assist patient with ADLs

◾Responsible for timely and accurate charting

◾Do whatever is takes to make our patients happy with their stay Experience and Specific Requirements:

◾Must have as a minimum, 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility

◾Possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions and accept constructive criticism ◾Possesses leadership ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel-fosters a true team environment

◾Demonstrates judgement and has the ability to maintain highly confidential information ◾Knowledgeable of HIPAA compliance and requirements

◾Able to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals and objectives of the department as it relates to the Center at Tucson
