Team Overview: Dun & Bradstreet is looking for a Product Manager to join its D&B Hoovers team. This role interfaces with a variety of stakeholders ranging from Product Management, Product Marketing, User Experience and Engineering. Beyond driving the development of D&B Hoovers, you’ll play a key role in delivering a user experience that delights our customers. If you want to be part of a strong cross-functional team that loves to bring great software to market performance - then this is the role for you! The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in Product Management working on agile software development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
· Work with stakeholders and fellow product managers to plan and prioritize product deliverables
· Execute against the product roadmap in a timely and efficient manner, guiding the technology team to build the most relevant features for our users
· Write detailed use cases, user stories and functional specifications based on high-level requirements for product enhancements
· Review customer feedback and work with Customer Support to ensure appropriate action is taken
· Maintain technical understanding of product functionality and application data
· Maintain knowledge of competitive products and market needs
· Prepare and deliver product updates, Sales and Support briefings and maintain online product documentation
· Assist Sales and Support with special client requests

Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in applicable business or technology discipline and minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
· Previous product management experience with a business-to-business product
· Experience writing use cases and software requirements
· Project management experience involving agile software development and cross-functional teams
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Experience developing solutions that integrate with the Salesforce platform is highly desirable
· Experience working with Sales teams and/or Salesforce.com is highly desirable
· Working knowledge of SQL is desirable
