Summary:

We are currently seeking a Financial Reporting Manager for our corporate office in Pasadena, California.

Responsibilities:

A key member in Corporate Finance with the following responsibilities:

• Financial consolidation (foreign currencies and intercompany)
• Variance and trend analyses
• Management and SEC reporting (Board, investors and 10-Q/K)
• Accounting policy and memo updates
• Technical research of recent SEC rules and FASB pronouncements
• Other tasks or special projects

Requirements:

Experience Requirements:

• 3 years of related experience including U.S. GAAP reporting
• SEC reporting experience a plus
• Big 4 Public accounting experience a plus

Skills Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills
• Strong work ethic and follow-through
• Excited to take on new challenges as they arise

Education Requirements:

• BA / BS in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required
